The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, has declared a three-day national mourning period, starting today, during which national flags will be flown at half-mast across the entire national territory, following the tragic fatal traffic accident that occurred in the province of Boumerdès and claimed the lives of a number of Algerians.
