Under the slogan “On the Path of the Martyr,” the Algerian Embassy in Astana (Kazakhstan), on February 18, 2024, commemorated Martyr’s Day, according to the following program:
*Raising the national flag while listening to the national anthem in full.
* Reading the opening of the book as a mercy for the souls of the righteous martyrs of Algeria.
* Standing for a minute of silence in honor of the souls of the martyrs of the Liberation Revolution.
* Mr. Kamel Fenniche, Ambassador, delivered a speech on this glorious occasion, focusing on:
- Highlighting the importance of Martyr’s Day, February 18, as it is a time of remembrance and mercy for the martyrs of the Algerian people’s revolution in order to achieve freedom and independence.
- A reminder of the great sacrifices of the righteous martyrs and the need for everyone to come together in order to preserve the integrity of the martyrs by making efforts to continue the process of construction and progress for a better future in our new Algeria.
- Have mercy on our righteous martyrs and pray for mercy and forgiveness for them.
